for Reporting Off-Campus Crimes and Other Emergencies
Victims or witnesses to criminal activity occurring off campus should contact the agency that has jurisdiction:

- Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Department at (205) 752-0616
- Alabama State Troopers at (205) 553-5531
University Police will be happy to assist anyone in notifying these other law enforcement agencies.
All University of Alabama recognized student organizations are headquartered on campus and are therefore monitored by the University Police. If you believe a crime has been committed within an on-campus student organization building, please report the incident to Police.
