Who we are:
Beginning in 2014, The University of Alabama Police Department partnered with the United States Secret Service and the Criminology and Criminal Justice Department at The University of Alabama to offer computer forensic examinations to our law enforcement partners along with internship opportunities to UA students working toward a career in a cyber-crime/computer forensic related field.
Law Enforcement faces an ever-changing and ever-challenging landscape when it comes to collecting and analyzing digital evidence. The UAPD-REACT team uses both traditional and evolving evidence-response procedures to meet these challenges.

- Computer Forensics
- Investigative consults
- On-scene technical assistance for search warrants

Evidence Submission Requirements:
- Copy of signed Search Warrant
- Copy of I/O Report
- Any supporting documentation
