Campus Security and Fire Safety Report
The University of Alabama's Annual Campus Security and Fire Safety Report
This federally mandated report includes important policy statements, crime statistics, and fire safety policies and procedures. It covers safety and security policies, procedures, and programs, such as emergency response and handling sexual offenses. The report provides three years of statistics for specific crimes reported on campus, in off-campus buildings or properties owned or controlled by the university, and on public property adjacent to the campus.

The 911 Guide is a resource for faculty, staff, teaching assistants and graduate assistants to deal with questions related to student behavior and concerns.
Office of Student Care & Well-Being
Student Care and Well-Being provides assistance and case management for students in crisis as well as outreach to parents and families. SCWB coordinates a range of services to assist students with issues and concerns that may interfere with their academic success.

Office of Student Conduct
The Office of Student Conduct seeks to maximize each UA student’s learning experience by educating students about the Student Code of Conduct. When necessary, the office also serves as the main campus entity to work with students to resolve disciplinary matters.

UA Counseling Center
The Counseling Center helps University of Alabama students achieve academic success and personal growth through a comprehensive counseling center model focused on providing quality counseling and psychological services, outreach, consultative services, and the training of mental health professionals.

Women & Gender Resource Center
The Women & Gender Resource Center provides free, confidential, and voluntary counseling and advocacy services to members of The University of Alabama community who are victims/survivors of interpersonal violence. Services are also provided to family and friends who have been impacted by the abuse, to Shelton State students, and to anyone who is victimized on The University of Alabama Campus.

Title IX Office
The Title IX Office ensures that the University does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by Title IX and its regulations, including in admission and employment.

Turning Point provides trauma-informed, inclusive, survivor-centered assistance to victims/survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Tuscaloosa SAFE Center
The Tuscaloosa SAFE Center is a 24/7 sexual assault crisis center providing forensic exams, follow-up care, medical advocacy, education, counseling and support group services.

UA Student Health Center and Pharmacy
Services include medical care for scheduled appointments and urgent care, women’s health, psychiatry, allergy shots and immunizations, an in-house pharmacy, billing and insurance, medical records and health education.

University Medical Center Faculty-Staff Clinic
The University Medical Center provides a Faculty-Staff Clinic for walk-in and urgent care, scheduled appointments, telemedicine visits and travel health services. The Faculty-Staff Clinic is open to UA and Shelton State Community College employees and their families.

Office of Threat Assessment
The Office of Threat Assessment improves the safety of UA through a proactive, multi-disciplinary, and structured approach to situations which pose, or may reasonably pose, a potentially violent threat to the UA community.

Security Technologies
Security Technologies partners with members of the UA community to maintain an environment of safety by providing technology and services that enhance personal safety and protection.

UA Motorist Assistance Program (MAP)
The Motorist Assistance Program is a service offered at no changed to students, faculty, staff and visitors to the UA campus. The program operates 24 hours a day, except when UA is closed. MAP technicians can provide a battery jump, inflate flat tires, and provide fuel.
