Tuscaloosa Police Investigate Off-Campus Robbery – 01/07/10

TUSCALOOSA POLICE INVESTIGATE OFF-CAMPUS ROBBERY
On 01/07/10 at approximately 7:00 p.m., three individuals (two of whom were UA students) reported that they were the victims of a robbery in the 400 block of Grace Street. The victims reported that they were approached by an unknown male as they were exiting their vehicle after parking. The unknown male showed a handgun and demanded property. The victims complied and gave the suspect property, who then fled on foot in an easterly direction.
The description provided of the suspect is as follows:
- Male
- Age – late teens / early 20’s
- Medium complexion
- Approximately 5′ 08″ to 5’10” in height
- Approximately 140 to 160 lbs in weight
- Wearing a dark shirt and pants and a camouflage mask
