Tuscaloosa Police Investigate Off-Campus Robbery – 03/06/10

TUSCALOOSA POLICE INVESTIGATE OFF-CAMPUS ROBBERY
On 03/06/10 at approximately 9:45 p.m., two UA students reported that they were the victims of a robbery in the 1300 block of 7th Avenue. The victims reported that they were approached by an unknown male in a white Toyota (possibly a Corolla) as they were exiting their vehicle after parking. The unknown male showed a handgun and demanded property. The victims complied and gave the suspect cash. The suspect then drove away north on 7th Avenue.
The description provided of the suspect is as follows:
- Male
- Medium complexion
- Approximately 5′ 09″ to 5’11” in height
- Approximately 160 to 180 lbs in weight
- Wearing a dark shirt and black mask
