Tuscaloosa Police Investigate Off-Campus Robbery – 08/24/08

TUSCALOOSA POLICE INVESTIGATE OFF-CAMPUS ROBBERY
Two non-UA individuals reported to Tuscaloosa Police that they were the victims of a robbery that occurred at approximately 2:40 a.m. on Sunday, August 24, 2008. The two reported that they were approached by an unknown male in the 600 block of 11th Street. The unknown male, armed with a pistol, took property from one of the individuals, then left running in a southeasterly direction. Neither of the individuals was injured.
The description provided of the suspect is as follows:
- Male – Medium Complexion
- Age 20’s
- Approximately 5′ 09″ in height
- Approximately 170 lbs in weight
- Wearing a black “hoodie” with white letters and black pants
