University Police Investigate Robbery – 08/23/08

UNIVERSITY POLICE INVESTIGATE ROBBERY
A male UA-student reported to University of Alabama Police that he was the victim of a robbery that occurred at approximately 1:40 a.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2008. The student reported that he was approached by an unknown male while walking in the Riverside East parking lot. The unknown male, armed with a pistol, took property from the student, then left running in a southerly direction through the parking lot. The student was not injured.
The description provided of the suspect is as follows:
- Male – Medium Complexion
- Age 20’s
- Approximately 6′ 00″ in height
- Approximately 155 lbs in weight
- Wearing a black shirt and black pants
